Hydro

I feel I've just been struck by a lightning bolt.

Our first hydro bill arrived that was not an estimate. $426. For 30 days.

We were definitely spoiled in NC. Our annual power bill for house and (welding) shop averaged $2500. Our house had ceiling cable heat (that is electric heat from ceiling).

Now, we try to heat mostly by woodstove with propane furnace which I don't want to hear kick on since we our first propane bill was another shocker.

We will adjust to our new environment and bills. Kirk has to charge more for his services. It will be his first steps to becoming Canadian.
