Happy New Year welcome 2015
If you are following my blog, sorry to say it could be a loss cause.
One, being on the road it is difficult to get half decent wifi.
Two, it is so much easier to post to Facebook.
So, may I recommend checking out Facebook as most, if not all of my travel post are public.
Most of my posts are photos and that is another reason it is so much easier to post to Facebook.
Until next time, or when I have better internet service
May your troubles be few.....

Sun Country Resort, Whitney Texas
I'm leaving here Dec. 10,
It's an okay place. Well maintained. Friendly people. Very quiet. It is the "off season" so what should I expect.
WiFi! I would never survive in a remote community or out in the woods. I crave this connection to my friends/family back home.
I'm so fortunate that there is someone in the park who has a Guest WiFi signal AND is allowing me to use it. It was going to be a long week here until he gave me the password. THANK YOU LORD for putting this person in my path.
I walked to town yesterday. (3.5 miles one way) It took an hour both ways. :) Thought the excercise would do me good and I would sleep well. Wrong. Finally at midnight I took a sleeping pill.
I did enjoy seeing deer on the way back to the resort.
Not sure what else I can say about this place. No places of interest near by, that I know of.
By the way, speed limits on most of the roads here are 70 or 75 mph. The old girl is moving in the fast lane now!
