More visits with friends.....

This is the view from their home. Beautiful, but getting up here was more of a challenge than what I was willing to take. I let the pro drive my vehicle up here. When it is time to leave, I'm letting him drive it down too.

We went to Asheville for breakfast this morning. On the trip back watched balloons gently floating by. 

Arrive in North Carolina

In Waynesville right now at a friends home. Camped out in their driveway. I surprised her by my visit. That was my plan. (photo - my friend and her grand-daughter)

She graciously allowed me to stay the night, had a great dinner delivered by her son and daughter-in-law. It is so wonderful visiting distant friends, rehashing the past, the "remember when" moments pop into our heads.

This lady was the start of my desire to follow Jesus. She invited me to church 2004/2005 and I haven't looked back. We are going to meet up again this Sunday at the same church. I am so blessed.

• Last July I made a spontaneous purchase. 
• I plan on travelling to places in the south USA to avoid snow this winter.

• Excitement is building
• Hope to keep my friends and relatives updated by posting to this blog
• I prefer Facebook however many of my friends are older and do not like Facebook

I got thinking this may be a sign for me to make a move too. 

I'll start with a crawl and see where it takes me. Baby and I can work on this together.

It has been a long time since I actively put posts on my blog. Is it, I don't feel like I have anything useful to say? Not that past posts were all that useful. Videography is not something I do much any more so should I change the name of my blog? To what?

Baby and Me, thoughts, feelings and experiences. Both of us are just learning. I've been around a lot longer but still find everything is new to me. This is a good thing!

I'll pray on this to see if I should continue this blog.
